I have made carries etc and zones just how I want it 2 weeks ago a customer made an account and purchased from Spain, worked perfectly Now, today, an Italian customer wanted to buy but he got an error message: "There are no carries that deliver to the address you selected" "No carries available for the address "My Address" " After that I tried to make an account and it doesnt matter from which country I make it, I get the same error...Also when I put someting in the shopping cart it says "free shipping".. BUT, I logged in to my old test account and it works perfectly. I duplicated the info from the Italian guys and put it in my test account, and it works.... so I gave him that account instead.. Anyone know anything about this?! I don't recall changing anything.. Now no new customers can buy.... Please help ! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
