Custom shipping fee calculation

Hello

 

I would like to hire you for a little mission. The mission is to develop a simple module that will modify calculation of shipping fee.

 

• Food delivery website - as simple as that
• The customer should be asked for street name (even right after opening the web), but can do even with normal address
• If the street is on list "A" - and if the order value is smaller than "X" the fee will be "Z"
• If the street is on list "A" - and order value is above "X" then it will be delivered for free
• Steet is on list "B" - the delivery fee is "Z" and order value must be over "X"

Please note that this is just a small business so mind the price - after our mission you can release the module to public audience with your full credentials - we do not mind
