Category Treeview in product editing messed up

Somehow, during our transisition of Prestashop to our online server, the tree-view of the categories got messed up. This is the tree-view you see when editting a part so you can select which categories it goes into.

I have found that if I manually edit each category, they fix themselves, but that's a big job. Is there an automatic "Rebuild category tree index" somewhere? Please? If not, would be nice for a future version.

I still need help with this... I've fixed most of it, but I still have a bunch of sub-categories that are screwed up.
