how to import part of the theme to another theme

i have two questions :

 

1.

 

i've bought a theme from prestashop, but i dont wont to work with all the new design -  only part of it.

 

for example, i would like to take the looks of the category from here :

http://my-antivirus.com/index.php

 

 

and import it to my second website : 

http://www.allsoft.co.il/

 

2. 

how to remove the pictures from my sub-categories ?

i don t wont pictues in my categories at all ..
