changing text "quantity" of volume discount block

Hello,

Who can tell me where I can change the text "quantity" of the Volume discount block on productpage (frontend) ? 

 

I would like to change this to "Number of package" as wel sell our products per 10 (1 product = 1 pcs)

 

Can this be done whithout patching code?
