mail confirmation after purchase and registration

Hey,

few days ago we got our first order and we asked the person to confirm his mail. but he didn't answered us but we were so exited that we just send it without knowing if the person exist. So we got the message that the email and adress doesn't exist. 

 

Well is there a possibility to send automatically a mail confirmation after the order to know if that isn't a joke?

Also after his registration.

 

PS: I mean with confirmation that the costumer has to click on a link to confirm it. So if he is buying something, he get an email and has to click on a link to let me know that that isn't a fake / joke mail.

 

Can anyone help me please?

default tools in prestashop don't allow to achieve what you expect.

to achieve it, you need some custom solution.

 

btw. for what purposes you want to confirm order?

when someone will confirm email account - isn't it enough ?

 

i think that register verification will be enough

But I dont get a verification email after a registration. How can I do that?

If that is possible the other one is not necessary. The point is, that we have to know

that the email is not a fake. 

 

I have chosen to take an order without registration but then I will deselect it.
