SparkyRih
Whenever I try to open an invoice in an customer order, it does seem to generate, I can download it, but when I open it Adobe gives me an error: "Insuficcient data for an image". I'm running PrestaShop version 1.6.0.9, the site is running on an Ubuntu server with Apache2.4 with php-fpdf installed... I'm not sure if you need any more info? tuk66
Is it a normal invoice where the only image is logo? Maybe your invoice logo has wrong format. I mean PNG format with JPG extension or vice versa.
SparkyRih
Where can I find which image it's using? Because if it's the logo.jpg in the images folder it's fine, I just reuploaded a version that I'm sure of that it is in JPEG format and it still gives me the error... tuk66
Preferences > Themes > Invoice logo to upload a new one. The logos are stored in /img as logo* files.
