Where is or where could I set up that if customer wanna return goods to me, from his log in administration where is choice for this return of goods, I will get any info. Really at least any in any format. All other email notifications work, I got email from new orders, from out of stock goods, from administration if customer just only send me note regarding some order, but I don´t get any info when he is returning goods just directly from administration.
