In my backend i see 0 modules need to be updated.

When i hit the check for update button nothing changes.

I know a lot of modules need to be updates, for example my homepageslider is running version 1.4.1 and in a clean install i see thats already 1.4.3

I tried removing cache etc but nothing helps.

I run version 1.6.0.8

Still no updates for me. :(

It said I had to install php5-openssl so I did. After that I could connect, but it stills says, everything is uptodate.

darn it woger...drop and give us 50..:) sorry this didn't help, maybe enable ps error reporting..see if anything shows up.

Well,

I deleted the mentioned 2 files and they are regenerated, but still no updates. Where can I find the modules to update them manually? On the Prestashop website there are only the paid modules.

Thanks,

Roger

Same to me. Nobody know the solution for this bug?

My way to solving it was:

- disable Zopim free module

- uninstall Zopim free module

- check for updates

- update modules

- install Zopim free module latest version (thanks Vekia)

Thanks, but i don't have installed Zopim in my shop.

I am working with uninstalling the modules one by one, but still no result.

anybody else another solution?

yeah that's right

all of my modules, even free ones, contain fixes for this problem.

in fact, it's not always related to non-default modules.

in some cases this problem is related to blocked outgoing connections (safe mode in php)
