Clean URL module rewrite&translation problem

Hello guys

I have the following problem: I've installed Clean URL module on PS 1.6. Right after that, all the links in the store got messed up, especially those on categories and subcategories. The link is now in this form:

 

"www.mystore.com/en/47-ip-phones?categories=ip-phones" ->this is added by Clean URL

 

When I change the language, this is what happens to the link:

 

www.mystore.com/ro/47-telefoane-ip?categories=ip-phones -> this doesn't change according to my translation 

 

Moreover, i get the following message:

 

"[Debug] This page has moved

Please use the following URL instead: www.mystore.ro/en/47-ip-phones?categories=telefoane-ip" -> this is the right translation for the subcategory but not pointing to the right translation folder (it's EN instead of RO)

 

I've uninstalled the module and I deleted its folders& files but the problem persists. 

Can anyone give a solution for this?

Looks like a cache problem to me. Try emptying all caches (both browser and Prestashop).
