ReedSHansen
Prestashop, thru BlueHost, will not accept my username or password so I ask for a reset and get a failure notice in my inbox at Yahoo that says "not accepted for policy reasons" Then Prestashop will not resend to test anything for 6 hours. Is there some way to get signed in to Prestashop? I have tried every password and user E-Mail I ever use. This is the qmail-send program at outbound-ss-698.bluehost.com.I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.<[email protected]>:66.196.118.36 failed after I sent the message.Remote host said: 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. Dh42
Because of the new DMARC policies your shop email needs to be an email address on the domain that your shop is on. If you have this, contact bluehost it looks like they might not have an email record entered correctly.
