Hi

can coders please PM me a quote for developing the below prestashop module:

Prestashop has its normal customer registration page, this will remain as it is for retail customers.

i would like to create a separate registration page for wholesale customers with perhaps 3-4 extra additional fields. The data from these fields will be stored in the DB and viewable on the customers account page by admin.

When the registration is submitted, the customer will be placed within the WHOLESALE customer group. This customer will be notified both on-page and via e-mail that their details have been sent and the admin will verify and activate the account as soon as possible. An e-mail notification will be sent to the admin about this wholesale registration. The admin will then need to verify and activate this account.
