Pascal, thanks for help. I did not solved the "puzzle" , maybe because I am a beginner. I would need "the fish not the fishing rod" to cite a Chinese saying.

As you seem to have some custom theme, it's hard to say where to modify this. Would you mind to allow me access to your files, so I can have a quick look?

 

If so, please grant FTP access (Maybe ask you host to set it up for you), or alternatively, give me access to your cPanel or so.

For those interested in what went wrong:

In the custom theme, the caption was the product name, but around the product name was a added a translate-function {l s='...'}

 

This function is not necessary, as in the Product definition, you can already add different product name- translations for other languages.

 

Removing the function solved the problem.

 

(Another option would be to fix the {l ..} function at the core, to make it compatible with accents etc. I will leave that as an exercise :-)  )
