Integrate block cart in permanent link or nav?

Hi,

 

I have a problem on my website, I add the block cart in the nav but it placed on the left.

So I would like to know if someone have a solution to deplace it on the right (near of permanent link) or more simply integrate it in the permanent link ?

 

Then, is it also possible to withdraw the words product, empty, cart and only keep the icon ?
