The only free tool with which you can do that is triple-edit: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/185401-free-script-product-mass-edit-category-multi-edit-order-edit/ That is not a module but a script so you should read the installation instructions. If you want a paid solution you could look around in the addons shop of Prestashop for mass edit tools.like Store Manager and Store Commander.
