No confirmation page on checkout

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

This is my first post but not my first time on the forum. Iv managed to build our eCommerce site from a basic template with the generous help and feedback of the forum members.

I'm almost ready to go live and and am having a few problems with the checkout pages. All payment types. Bank transfer, cheque and most importantly PayPal, check out fine and we get the payment. However it then directs to blank page. The page address is.

http://www.windscreenrepairkits.com.au/modules/paypal/express_checkout/payment.php?token=EC-1FG37366XG0287724&PayerID=CNKD96TBUESQL

Iv trawled the forum and other sites but can't find a suitable answer that I can make sense of, bearing in mind I have limited ability with code.

Needless to say this is a bit of a worry for my customers, when you part with your money you want to be greeted with a nice "congratulations" page, not a white blank one.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Mike

Its all a bit of a headache. I cant even set up the sandbox to test it. This means iv got to make an actual purchase then refund it every time I test the checkout.

Im happy to pay someone to set it up and test it. Rather than spend hours trying im probably best doing what I do best and let the experts handle this. Any offers, I know its now in the wrong section.

Service8,

happy to have a (free) quick look at your settings etc.

Create a new employee with (super)admin rights and email:

- username (suggested: [email protected])

- password (anything  you like)

- URL to Back office login page

to my email address : [email protected]

I may need access to the files, but let's start with this.

Is you site live already, or still in development? If I set the PayPal to sandbox for a moment, is that OK? Let me know.

pascal.

N.B. From next month, December 3rd, PayPal will make changes to their protocol. Therefore there is a new module available, vsn. 3.8.0 may be good to install this as well, to make your payment module up to date again.
