chris0241
I've bought a theme from the official prestashop.com site. However, when I try to install, it show it installed in the preview, but the front end has not changed. I installed by zipping the directory and xml file, importing in PREFERENCES > THEMES The preview for the theme displays (http://www.pickan.com/themes/FURNITURE-STORE/preview.jpg) but the front end is still the standard presto bootstrap (http://www.pickan.com) Am I missing something, how do I go live with the purchased theme? Live chat on prestashop are really unhelpful and the developer ignores emails... Thanks in anticipation, Chris
Dominic78
Hey bud, I know a lot of theme data is saved in the cache have you tried clearing the smarty cache? That being said if you have set the new theme as live i dont think that would cause the whole template to show but got to start somewhere ;o)

How do you put the new theme to live? I thought if it displayed as a preview at the top in the back end then it was live? Chris
Dominic78
If you go to preferences / themes what is showing as "your current theme" at the top is it your new theme or old one? lumly
I think, that I have the same kind of problem. It seems it's not possible to post a pic in here about the error. Notice on line 134 in file /home/pfr9892511/www/ftp/modules/thememaker/thememaker.php[8] Undefined property: ThemeMaker::$base_config_url Edited November 20, 2014 by lumly (see edit history)
chris0241
If you go to preferences / themes what is showing as "your current theme" at the top is it your new theme or old one? The new one is showing as current, but it isn't in the front end. I suspect a 1.6.0.9 bug...
