Shipping shows free on the order page with a voucher

Hi,

 

I've got an annoying issue.  When I have a voucher created that has a condition set for $75.00  for free shipping for select carriers it will always show the shipping price as free on the shipping screen regardless if the user meets the criteria of the voucher.  The cart does calculate the right shipping price at the payment screen.  This happens regardless if the user meets the voucher criteria or enters the voucher in at check out.  Any suggestions?

 

I've added screenshots that show the voucher and the results at the shipping screen, also when the carrier is removed from the voucher condition it resets tot he appropriate value.  The order I was testing with is worth about $15.00.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I've disabled the carrier in the voucher for now.

I haven't never heard the same report.

 

In this case, the voucher is not automatically applied, instead, users have to enter the code during checkout.

I have no idea while it does not work for you.

 

But there is another option - set price ranges in a carrier - for example - Canada Post Flat rate.

As you only want to apply to Canadian people, so I suggest to these things:

- Create a new zone - I can name to anything as it does not appear to your customers - for instance, Canada-Zone

- In the country list, change Candada to a new zone Canada-Zone instead of North America

- Edit carrier Canada Post Flat rate, add price range (let's say: 75-9999 CAD), shipping cost is 0.
