Change Edit form design

Hi,

 

I don't if this is right place to ask for a question but I struggle with changing edit form design, in admin.

For example when I want to change Catalog-> Categories-> Edit form in Admin, I don't know which controller to change or which .tpl file. Please could you give me your advice and help with this problem.
