Updating prices, How do i update every price?

Hi i need to be able to update my prices on a daily basis (products from abroad).

Ive tried simply importing the new prices in with a DB tool. how ever the prices on the website do not update.

how do i import new prices to update current products with?

If you look at the attached image, The highlighted price in the circle indicates the price that is now in the database (ps_products table). however the website is still showing the old price.

anyone else had this prob?

probably the best way would be to create a CSV file with just product id and price.  then import the CSV file from the back office

 

As for manually updating the database, have you looked at the ps_product_shop table?  Or do your products have combinations?
