Theme do not see how it should be

Hi,
I have installed prestashop 1.5.3.1. and I wanted to install some themes before loading products and more.
But when I load other themes, you do not see the graphics correctly, but out of phase, as the attached picture, I state to have them always loaded manually via ftp, where am I wrong?

how it should look like ?

it's unknow theme for me, and probably for others here too so it's hard to say what's wrong there

Is your theme compatible with your ps version?

 

I have seen this theme before looking like this and that was the  problem.
