I have received a few orders and received the paypal notification but the cart shows an order was not created and I am not receiving an email from the BO showing I have a new order. When PayPal did a roll-back recently, my old shipping codes built into PayPal became active for some reason. I turned off the shipping codes in PayPal and now the orders generate correctly.
