Dhie Posted November 18, 2014 Share Posted November 18, 2014 I do not know exactly when it happened, when customers send me a message through our contact service no notification of incoming messages to the email, but the message received in the back office. essentially no confirmation messages into emails, at the advanced level parameters I did send a test email to, and succeed, but there are no incoming messages to email .. help me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
