Disable the Customer Service Options

First of all I have to tell I'm less then beginner in programing. 

 

I'd like to disable the Customer Service Option in the Customer menu and I've found a solution.

 

I've added in the AdminCustomerThreadsController.php /* befor row 143 - 

'general' => array(

 

and then */ on the end

'submit' => array('title' => $this->l('Save')), - row 209.

)

 

Can it cause any problems when shop is running, new shop is created in multistore and so on?
