[SOLVED] Modules list disappeared - replaced with error message

My modules list has completely disappeared - can anyone help to resolve it ?  Thanks

 

Can't make a thumbnail - still waiting on a reply for that one and two other posts !!  So here's a link to my page :

Hi Vekia - this is what I see :  (I put a link in on my last post so the errors could be seen) but here it is .....

The error was as a result of files being left behind from an unsuccessul update.  The restore was not successful and so left a whole trail of messy folders!
