duplicate test site

i have done the following to duplicate my website to test site, however, the test BO is not accessible.

 

1) copy the production to test site using ftp

2) dump production db into test_db

3) change settings_inc.php value to point to test db

4) change domain url from production to test url  in  the following table ps_configuration, ps_connection ps_shop_url

 

The front office is working however, the BO is not working.
