Voucher code with % discount based on price

I need to have a voucher code that allow to add different percentage discount based on total cart price.

 

For example:

0-50€ 5% discount

51-100€ 10% discount

101-200€ 15% discount

 

 

There's a way to do that or anyone know if there's a module that add this feature?

Easy way: Create 3 vouchers and make each one uncompatible with the others.

Hard way: Modifying the core or by override.
