fluk
In Customer->contacts I set proper emails e.g. for webmaster. In advanced parameters -> emails I set "Use PHP mail() function. Recommended; works in most cases" for webmaster. Test e-mail working fine but when I use "contact us" button to send email to webmaster, nothing happen. Where is a problem? Have I missed sth? benwiggy
I have this, too. No emails out at all. Not even test, to any address.
nsweb
I have this, too. No emails out at all. Not even test, to any address. Check spam box. If no emails there, try to use SMTP connection for your in-house account. After that you can try gmail or yahoo mail account to send emails. If this will work, complain to server support. zapalm
No emails out at all. Not even test, to any address. you can try to apply this fix: https://github.com/zapalm/PrestaShop/commit/2768cf4c6afc11e1d97be3f9bb906881248eb9ad I had the same problem but only with sending emails via smtp. also a shop email and a smtp user should be the same.
