Dominic78
Hi I am using Presta version 1.60.9 This is an existing online store, I had some issues after upgrading and the template i was using was not compatible, I then paid the developing company to upgrade the template and they have done so after over a month of waiting only now my featured products have disappeared. They seem unwilling to help fix or resolve this issue only replying "this section is missing on your homepage".. obviously I am aware of this as i contacted them to ask what had happened as before they started the job it was there and now it is not. They have simply stopped replying to my emails and now I am stuck with an online store with pretty much blank homepage. I am obviously a) really disappointed with this service Now remarkably stressed c) extremely stuck. They also messed up my banners etc which I can fix it is an inconvenience but hey ho. I have checked the module is updated which it is (as are all others), I have also checked that the products are still associated with the homepage which they are (6 in total) Can anyone shed any light on what might of happened or how I can fix it please Kind Regards Dom

Dominic78
Ok so I am still stumbling around trying to sort this issue and if it gives anyone else insight into what might be happening I have just looked on Live edit and can not see the 'featured products' on there anywhere, although as posted further up I think it is hooked in all the right places. vekia
this case needs a little deepes investigation if i were you i will check: - database, make sure that module is associated with hooks there (not in front office, but in database) - if you use multistore - check if hook-module-shop associations are defined properly are you able (for test purposes) hook there some other modules ? these modules appears well there?
Dominic78
Hi Vekia, I don't use multistore I have tried adding some other modules to the hook but keep getting "this module can not be hooked in that location". How would I check the database it is not something I am familiar with? Many Thanks
