Hook or add extra information in Identity page through module

Hello everyone!

 

I'm developing a module that add extra fields when a new customer register. I'm able to show that information inside every customer in the admin page, but I'm not able to show that information in customer's personal information page (identity). Has anyone tried to hook information into the identity page?
