SSL & OVH Problem

I have PS 1.6 on OVH hosting, with shared SSL.

 

I have put the correct address in prestashop for the SSL, but when i go to checkout, i get the addres bar as follows: https://https//ssl7.ovh.net/xxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

https is coming up twice and obviously the page does not load.

 

If I enter the http domain for the SSL URL, then I get HTTPS, but with red line through it, as the SSL Certificate is registered to the shared domain, and not my own domain.

 

Has anyone here got experience with OVH and SSL who can help me out?

are you including http and https in the domain field?  If so, then do not.

 

You only need to enter ssl7.ovh.net

Ok, just tried that, now cannot access front or back office, i get 403 forbidden, and an email from OVH to say:

 

Problem encountered: Process listening on port: 35658 Printed command-line: php-fpm: pool tbgshopeqw Real program: /usr/local/php5.4/sbin/php-fpm

Date: 2014-11-14 13:45:05

 

This is not allowed on our servers given that it may be associated with a hacking attempt.

have you contacted their support to understand how to use their shared ssl?  Maybe you should consider using a dedicated certificate.
