dprecup
Hello, I have one question regarding the currency settings. I've a shop in one currency, RON, and I've to configure the PayPal payment. Because PayPal doens't accept RON as currency, I've set the default currency for the PayPal module to EURO. In this case Prestashop is making the conversion from RON to EURO automatically. Is it possible to display the orders payed with PayPal, in the user's account, emmail notifications, exported bills, in RON and not EURO? Thanks for your help. dprecup
The customer have to order in EUR to pay by PayPal. RON is out of game for PayPal payments. Yes, but Prestashop convert automatically the order's price from RON to EUR, so the payment can be done. But, the Romanian legislation require bills in EUR. When the Prestashop save the order, when we have paypal payment, saves it with the EUR as currency, into the database and I'm wondering if it's possible to force it to save in RON, even the user payed using paypal? tuk66
I'm not sure if it can work. There are legal requirements, I think. In my experience, for example, I have to convert foreign currency by the conversion rate published by the state bank. This rate is published afternoon and I cannot do it automatically because all morning invoices would be wrong.
