Specifying multiple addresses in checkout

Goodmorning to all,

 

Got a simple question.

1. Currently i'm using a module called multiple shipping to let customers ship there products to multiple addresses. The only problem at this moment is that when i have got multiple products of some sort it only counts as 1 product.

 

So for example say that i have an ipod nano black and someone orders that product 2 times. He can only specifiy 1 address to deliver.

 

What i want is that he is possible to specify both the addresses for that product.

 

2. And if it is possible to check/uncheck if he or she wants a written greetingscard deliverd with their order.

Price for the card is allways the same but i don't know how to add this card option to these products.
