Tabs and dropdowns not working ...ns.com/#blocknewproducts

Hi y'all

 

Lots of problems suddenly on my site :

 

- The new products tab on the home page has stopped working. The address bar shows:

 

...ns.com/fr/#blocknewproducts

 

instead of

 

...ns.com/fr/Nouveautes

 

but nothing happens.

 

- Same with home featured, the adress bar shows ....ns.com/fr/#homefeatured

 

- The language option won't drop down, can't choose english.

 

- Once the basket drops down it wont pop back up again.

 

- The home slider isnt sliding.

 

I turned on error reporting but it didnt show anything.

 

Last night, I changed the truncatre value to add more text on the 'blocknewproducts' and 'viewed products' modules, but changes took and it all seemed fine...

 

Can anybody please help me?

Deactivating the yotpo module fixes the problem.

yotpo today changed some js scripts on their side (scripts loaded to shop)

and this is why you had these problems

 

still waiting for official communicate from yotpo

Just received this email from yotpo:

 

Yotpo experienced a temporary and unexpected service interruption . Therefore some sites and their display might have been affected.

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the service interruption might have caused. The issue has been resolved and services are expected to be already restored.

 

Root cause will be investigated and a recovery plan will be established and shared on our social channels.

 

Will reactivate and check tomorrow.
