Modules problem

Hi all,

 

Just done a fresh install of the current version and have encountered a few problems.

 

Have a list of modules that need updating and when I try to update them individually or as a group nothing appears to happen. Individually it will say that it has been successfully updated but will then return to needing an update status.

 

In the theme configurator I am sticking with the default theme but when I try to update the default images and hit save, the image appears blank, front and back office.

 

Any ideas anybody.

 

I am running this version with no problems for another site.
