How to create product links with Layered Navigation Block public attribute names

Hi all,

 

I need to create products link to pass into and email template that has the Layer Navication Block public attibute names.

 

My attibute is 'Euro Boot Sizes Mens' but I want to use its public name which is just 'size'

 

So I want  my link to look like: https://www...............boot.html#/colour-brown/size-43

 

Can anyone provide sample php code that will generate these absolute links please?
