How to see last employee login ?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

I just would like to access to login access on backoffice.
So let's say there is an employee who has been logged, I would like to be able to see the timestamp of that, so I can tell who has access and when.

Let me know if it is possible and if I need to code something to achieve that.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,

Florian

Hi El Patron,

Thank you for your answer.
I have already seen this page which is a great feature but I cannot be able to see logon, there are only logs related to BO modification.

I actually have a user who asked me a login to connect on BO however I am pretty sure that he is not using.
I am pretty sure that prestashop store in its database somewhere traces of logins.

Do not hesitated to update this post.

Thank you.

Florian

my advice...if you have to guess what they are or are not doing...and as the log will tell you if they do 'something'..and they are not in the log...then disable their access...

I have pm'ed another member who had module with more exacting reporting on employees...I use a go cam...and a whip

sorry, I have to work with existing native features, ps does not currently keep last login date/time like it does for customers,

hence it would require custom code to log last active date/time..then a way to display it.

so it's not configurable...

I can move this to development section or job offers, as you prefer.

Hi El Patron,

It is not urgent for us however it could be interesting to ask dev if they can provide this for future improvements as I guess it is important for an admin to get log/reports related to BO logon.

Anyway, I really love PS and happy with what I get.

Thank you for your time.

Regards,

Florian
