Is there any basic information of Prestashop ?

Hi, I am new user of prestashop and completely know nothing about it. I just install it local on my pc for testing purpose but I found that the back office is complicated. So is there any prestashop usage documentation available? Or anyone the related resource?
Also, I am willing to accept any advices from experienced users to tell me what should I look for as a beginner in prestashop.
