'Woger Posted November 10, 2014 Share Posted November 10, 2014 Hi, I am using stock manger for managing my stock and as far as I know it worked well. But this morning I wanted to remove some items and I found out that I have stock for a product however the the website says it is sold out. I checked the product settings and by amount all is checked for using stock manger but the shown amount is different then the amount in stock manager. I tried moving stock etc. but nothing helps. I also set it to " manual add amount" and changed to the real stock I have. But as soon as I enable stock manager again, it changes back to the wrong amount. It seems it gets the wrong info from the database. I don't know yet if this is with all products or only this single product.
