The status of "Payment Error" after online payment

Hi everyone, need help. And sorry for my English

Online payment in my store works good, but there is one problem.

 Prestashop always adding shipping cost to total amount. But i don't need payment for shipping (customers are paying shipping cost after receiving the parcel). I succeeded to remove shipping cost from my payment module (liqpay), all works perfectly.

 

But my customers receiving "Payment Error" status after payment (successful payment).

 

In backoffice i see:

 

for example:  "Warning: €80 Paid Instead Of €100"   (80 total products, 100 total amount with shipping cost).

 

How to fix that problem? Free shipping is not suitable - customer always want to know shipping cost.

 

 

any suggestions?
