Error creating Categories and Articles

Good friends

I installed without problems this new version of Presta, put my country language and other settings such as changing the template, etc, etc ...

However, I can not create categories and articles, because It does not show the text fields to write! That is, all text fields where i should choose to write in Portuguese, English or French, do not appear to write in them. Anyone has any idea how to make this work?
I tried disabling the extra languages and leave just the english base language, but still have the same difficulty.

Other shops or CMS systems are running ok on this server ...
