Hide blocktopmenu after duplicate default bootstrap theme

Hi,

 

  I have a new Prestashop 1.6 installation with multistore.

 

  After duplicate default-bootstrap theme blocktopmenu disappear from index, but not from another pages.

 

  Live edit fails when try to edit blocktopmenu position.

 

  blocktopmenu (id_module = 27) appears corretly at database table ps_hook_module, and in the backoffice administration but is not in the HTML code.
