friendly url doesn't work any more

Hello,

Maybe it exist more topic with this subject or closer but i didn't find any solution. I don't know why and since when but my friendly url doesn't work any more. I have cleaned cache, dezactivate and activate friendly url option in backoffice, but nothing seems to work. If i write in my browser a simplified url of my site it doesn't give me a 404 error so i think url rewriting it works but my url is:

www.mysite.com/index.php/?controller=category?fc=controller&controller=category&id_category=43

Can someone help me?
