PayPal Module Configuration (Pro Hosted)

Hi,

 

I currently have Prestashop 1.5.2 setup. All payments are handled by PayPal. I am using the Website Payments Standard option. This is working ok, customers can pay and they get returned to the order confirmation screen after they have paid.

 

I have recently upgraded my Paypal account so I can start to use the Website Payments Pro solution. I have this setup on a dev website using a sandbox paypal account, however, I am not able to get an automatic return to my store, after the payment has been completed. I can get to the confirmation page if I click the return to merchant button, but I need this to happen automatically.

 

Does anybody know how to configure the PayPal module when using the Website Payments Pro Hosted solution to behave in a similar way to the Website Payments Standard?

 

I would also like the confirmation page to be displayed when a user opts to pay with a credit / debit card, instead of the generic PayPal page in the iframe.

 

I know there is a PayPal Pro module, but I am reluctant to buy this without knowing if it will fix my problems.

 

Any help is appreciated.

I've just seen your post and it sounds like I may be having a similar issue regarding my customers not being able to receive an automatic return to my store/confirmation page. I have the following error message displayed on a white, black screen: TCPDF ERROR: {IMAGE} Unable to get image. This leaves my customers confused as to whether their transaction was successful/processed.

 

I was wondering did you receive any help with your query and have you resolved your problem now? I'd really appreciate any advise.
