rickerman
Hi, I currently have Prestashop 1.5.2 setup. All payments are handled by PayPal. I am using the Website Payments Standard option. This is working ok, customers can pay and they get returned to the order confirmation screen after they have paid. I have recently upgraded my Paypal account so I can start to use the Website Payments Pro solution. I have this setup on a dev website using a sandbox paypal account, however, I am not able to get an automatic return to my store, after the payment has been completed. I can get to the confirmation page if I click the return to merchant button, but I need this to happen automatically. Does anybody know how to configure the PayPal module when using the Website Payments Pro Hosted solution to behave in a similar way to the Website Payments Standard? I would also like the confirmation page to be displayed when a user opts to pay with a credit / debit card, instead of the generic PayPal page in the iframe. I know there is a PayPal Pro module, but I am reluctant to buy this without knowing if it will fix my problems. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, David

GH Strength
Hi David, I've just seen your post and it sounds like I may be having a similar issue regarding my customers not being able to receive an automatic return to my store/confirmation page. I have the following error message displayed on a white, black screen: TCPDF ERROR: {IMAGE} Unable to get image. This leaves my customers confused as to whether their transaction was successful/processed. I was wondering did you receive any help with your query and have you resolved your problem now? I'd really appreciate any advise. Many Thanks, Sarah
