maesal
Hello, My site is http://maesaldetailer.es I'm running PS 1.6.0.9. When some customers access logued to the site they couldn't see the categories, it doesn't matter what browser they're using. If they access unlogued, they could see them. I can't see in the backoffice an option for solving this problem, and the template's developer says that it isn't a problem of the template. Could you please help me? Thanks in advance. Kind regards. maesal
Hi El Patron, thanks a lot for your time. I checked it and the categories module is authorised: It's quite strange, because it only happens to some customers... Please check that I'm now logged and I could see the categories: Thanks again. Regards.

maesal
I think that it could be related to a problem with the cache because sometimes i got this error in the backoffice: smarty_internal_cacheresource_file.php on line
