TechCov
Hello Guys, I am working on an e-store using Prestashop version 1.6.0.9. I have encountered a very strange situation, for one of my products i have 3 sizes and currently all 3 sizes have zero stock on main Home page against this product I can see "Out of Stock" label that's all fine But, when i open the product page (pressing "More" button) the message displayed is "This combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination." It is strange all the combinations are exhausted as all the quantities against each size is not in stock any more. it should just display "Out of Stock". What should i have to do??????? Edited November 7, 2014 by TechCov (see edit history)
NemoPS
Can you screen how you setup combinations in the back office?

thepan
Okay I just had a look at this and made test. It works just fine for me. 1.6.0.9 and default template. No the question: Are you using default template? Did you install 1.6.0.9 fresh or upgraded from other version? Did you clear all caches including browser cache. Can you provide a link to your site with the specific product and problem?
TechCov
Yes it's default template and an upgrade from ver 1.6.0.5, cache cleared I want it to display "product out of stock" than "the combination does not exist for this product. Please select another combination" as all the combinations have zero products Thanks
thepan
Once again. Prestashop 1.6.0.9 and 1.6.0.5, I tested both, act exactly how you want it to be. Here is the test site i made so you can see it yourself: LINK The first two products in this category are the once we want to look at. 1. Product has no quantities at all and 2. Product has only one combination with quantities. Click on both and see for yourself on the product pages. Therefore I believe you didnt deactivate all cache options in the backoffice. Make sure "Smarty Cache" is set to "No" and "Force compilation" and at the very bottom of the "Performance" page, make sure there is no "Caching" selected. Also delete the browser cache. If you got a link to your site, that would be very helpful. Edited November 6, 2014 by thepan (see edit history)
