Hi

 

I'm testing the checkout and I see that the customer doesn't received the email confirmation of the purchase, and I receive a note in my email with the subject 'Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender. 

Does anyone know where can I look to fix this issue?

 

Also, I want to customize the template of the note which is send to the customer/new customer when a purchase is done, I can't find anything in the PS dashboard.

 

BTW, I'm using Prestashop 1.5.

Hi Nsweb

 

I guess the bug was I had reconfigured another email address on at the dashboard between Preference/Store Contacts and Advance Parameters/Email/Theme / Email settings.

 

I'm going to test the order email notification and I'll post if its fixed now.
