Names Posted November 4, 2014 Share Posted November 4, 2014 I have never had an issue with regular customers using PayPal... But the minute any customer within my WHOLESALE customer group uses paypal I dont get the order in my store. The order IS processed with pay pal but the store does not get it. I just recently verified this with a sandbox account, I know there are plenty of posts about no order in BO, but im not sure this applies to my issue, because I only see this happen with a different group. El Patron Posted November 4, 2014 Share Posted November 4, 2014 back office-->customers-->groups edit group in question review, see if any 'authorized modules' are disabled for this group...or other dissimilarities between a working group. Order goes from cart, to paypal sandbox site where I log in and make payment- paypal returns me to ORDER HISTORY and cart is full- no order made, no errors. I then make on simple click, making test customer default group to CUSTOMER and place same order, paypal takes payment and lands me on order confirmation page, order received !. again No errors. Names Posted November 4, 2014 Author Share Posted November 4, 2014 (edited) Ok After a few more hours of testing I can confirm, this is not a Groups issue but a price rule issue, it seems any modification of these values ...which is obviously done for wholesale applications.........is causing pay pal to fail....???
