vekia Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 you can't. prestashop hasn't got feature like that. as long as customer will not sent you message, you can't send message directly to customer (from back office). there is a way to send a message to customer, but only if that customer ordered something from your store. then on order page you can send message from "message" form: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
