fishnet Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 I am currently using RC4 and when a customer makes a purchase they are receiving an email from prestashop store saying that there is a payment error. On the paypal side of things the payment goes through, but prestashop is automatically sending out a payment error message to the customer. I am going to update to RC5 today to see if this fixes the issue, but I searched this forum and have not found a proper solution. I also have sandbox mode set to off and I do not know if this has anything to do with it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also I would like to know if there is any way to make order numbers begin at 1000 instead of 1, is there a place in the admin or am I able to edit any of the code to make this change?
